A Bright Adventures BCBA will reach out to you to set up an initial consultation

After the consultation, the BCBA will submit a request to insurance for approval to complete the initial assessment

Once insurance approves the request for services, the BCBA will come to complete your child’s initial assessment

After the initial assessment, it will take about 2 weeks for the BCBA to write the initial treatment plan and assessment.

Once the plan is completed, it will be sent to you to review and sign off

The initial plan will be submitted to insurance, and the first day of therapy will be scheduled!

Finally, to the fun part, to begin our adventure together on the first day of services!
